We trekked the beautiful Kings Canyon today before the long drive back to Alice Springs. At one point our guide told us to prepare for photos of the "Pigmy Koala". a very small Koala only found in the canyon. It would turn out to be little toy stuffed Koalas placed in a tree only the Park Rangers had removed them.A final barbecue on the way home and a swim before enduring the heat and lack of air conditioning in the standby van. I never did have that camel pie so on our return we all went for a meal and I tried it. Very tasty but not as good as kangaroo meat I'm told.
