A day at the beach today with my swimming book and late afternoon a bit of mountain biking as Stevie had kindly lent me his bike. All in all though the tiredness from the course was with me and rest was the order of the day before my first ever sea kayaking trip tomorrow and where else but the worlds sea kayaking mecca Able Tasman.

Day 101 Able Tasman
A day at the beach today with my swimming book and late afternoon a bit of mountain biking as Stevie had kindly lent me his bike.
